I've felt buyer's remorse personally, and preventing it for my clients is the whole job.

Before real estate, I spent years in the mortgage industry. That background gives me a financial fluency that runs through every transaction: from understanding how a deal is structured to knowing where there's room to negotiate on a new build. At the $1M+ price point, that matters.

I also bring a coaching mindset to every client relationship. I ask the hard questions upfront, take the time to understand what you actually need in a property, and stay focused on making sure you walk away with zero regrets. That means slowing down when it's warranted, digging into the details others might skip, and giving you honest advice even when it's uncomfortable.

The garage clearance, the lot zoning, the specifics of that shop build you're planning...I pay attention to all of it. When it comes to things like CC&Rs, I'll help you flag what might be worth a closer look so you can make an informed decision. Because at this level, the details are the deal.

"Life in Idaho"

I didn't move to Idaho to work. I moved here because of what's outside the office. I live the lifestyle my clients are buying into. Camping, riding, the outdoors.
